As of July 1st, 2021 the state of Nevada raised Public Notary Fees NRS 240.100 for all standard services, excluding travel time for mobile services, rates listed below.

Payment Methods:We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle Example of Fees:One Signer: If a customer comes to you with one (1) document requiring you to notarize their signature on, you may collect $15.00. If they came to you with two (2) documents and required their signature notarized on both documents, you may collect $15.00 for the first document and $7.50 for the second document. Your total for this notarization would be $22.50. Two Signers: If two (2) document signers appeared before you requesting their signatures be notarized on one (1) document, you may collect $15.00 from each individual giving you at total of $30.00. If this couple required their signatures to be notarized on two (2) documents, you could collect $15.00 from each for the first document and $7.50 from each on the second document. In this case, the total amount you may collect would be $45.00 for this notary act. Travel Fees
Additional InformationRequire Identification: A valid non-expired Government or State photo ID (Copies NOT allowed) is required for all persons that will be signing documents – We CANNOT notarize documents if these are not present in person before the signing, travel time fees will still apply even if we are unable to notarize documents due to lack of valid IDs. Unsigned Documents: We can only notarize unsigned documents written in English, with all signer present in front of us with authentic non expired IDs. Nevada State Law: Note: Nevada State Law NRS 240.100(4) requires that the full agreed upon sum be paid once the Mobile Notary begins travel to the client location. This is to protect the Mobile Public Notary from loss of gas, wear & tear, and general expense they may incur. |
